Earn points faster with our new 3-tiered program:

SILVER: The starting tier for every customer. Earn 1 point for every dollar you spend.

GOLD: Step up to GOLD once you've spent $100; every dollar spent in the Gold tier will earn you 1.25 points.

PLATINUM: Elevate to the PLATINUM tier once you've spent $500 within a rolling 12 months and receive 1.5 points for every dollar spent.

Want more? For every 100 points you earn, you'll receive a $5 discount, available at the register. And now, with Goodwill Perks Plus, points will be available in your account 24 hours after purchase, and you can redeem your points when you've earned at least $5. That means more savings, more often!

Q: If I’m already a loyalty rewards member with Goodwill, do I need to sign up again?

No! Existing loyalty rewards members were automatically transitioned to the new program—no need to create a new account. 

Q: I am not a current Goodwill Perks Plus Member. How do I sign up?

You can sign up for Goodwill Perks Plus at any of our Goodwill Store and Donation Centers in the Southeastern Wisconsin or Metropolitan Chicago area.  At sign up you’ll need to provide your first and last name, phone number and email address. Additionally, if you provide your birthdate, you’ll receive a special discount during your birthday month.

Q: Do I stay in the same tier forever?

No, you will be in that tier for a rolling 12 months and can be upgraded or downgraded based on the spending requirements for each tier.

Q: Do my loyalty points expire?

Yes, points expire one year from the date they are earned.

Q: Will I receive a Goodwill Perks Plus Loyalty Rewards Card?

No, Goodwill Perks Plus is cardless. During checkout, you will be asked for your phone number and points will be applied to your account.

Q: Why do you want to know my birthday?

To get your special birthday discount, we’ll need to know your date of birth.

Q: When do points post to my account?

Points are posted to your account 24 hours after your purchase.

Q: Where can I earn points on my purchases and redeem my rewards?

Goodwill Perks Plus points can only be earned and redeemed at Goodwill Store & Donations Centers within our territory. Points cannot be earned online or at Goodwill Outlet Stores. Find your nearest Goodwill Store & Donation Center.
